    Brian Richards is a Master Trainer with over 8 years of experience Training Clients.  Through his specialization in Corrective Exercise and knowledge about nutrition he is able to work with clients that have special considerations when training.  Brian has successfully worked with clients with chronic illness, bone and joint problems and more.  He believes that the quality of food is the most important consideration in nutrition since what you put in your body is how your body will perform.

    About Micah Logan

    Micah Logan is a 15 year veteran of the fitness industry, in 2003 Micah founded Next Level Fitness.  It started as just an in-home personal training company and since has grown to include, fitness studios, corporate wellness programs and more.  Micah has been sought out for his knowledge by some top professional athletes, high profile clients and clients who are in need of special programming and his expertise with racket sports and special populations.  Micah has worked with clients that have suffered from (MS, Cancer, Pre/Post Natal, (DDD) Degenerative Disc Disorder, Arthritis, Hip/Knee replacements, lower back problems, knee reconstructions and more).  Micah built Next Level Fitness on the 3 C's: Consistency, Client Satisfaction, Competence.  He believes that fitness especially in the studios should be a community effort so that new clients and clients who struggle can have support as they embark on their personal fitness journey.

    About Jeffrey Dubussion

    Jeff is certified through NASM. He has been able to successfully work with clients towards reaching their weight loss goals, in particular post-natal. He enjoys working out, studying history and dancing. He believes that progress is more important than perfection.  Jeff will motivate and push you to achieve your goals and also support you to help you focus on staying on the right track.  Jeff will be working at our satellite location ZINC Apartments and also the North End from time to time

    About Katie Oneil

    Katie has ten years of personal training experience and is certified threw NCSF. Katie specializes in Pre and Post Natal, small group training, weight loss/ muscle building, and cardio conditioning. Katie has completed five marathons and three half marathons. Katie received her BS in Human services and her MS in Nonprofit management. In her spare time she works out, enjoys cooking and baking, hiking, and traveling. Katie believes in eating a balanced diet which also means everything in moderation. Katie also believes in clients challenging their body through new workouts so they never get bored.
