John got into fitness his freshmen year of high school and has been
avid about it ever since.  He is an AFAA certified personal trainer
and is working on finishing up his BA in Exercise Science at
Bridgewater University.  John has experience training all ages and
levels of fitness.  Also, John has extensive knowledge with diet and
nutrition.  He is passionate about making sure that his clients acieve
their specific goals and will work as hard as possible with them to
make their fitness goals a reality

Hi! My name is Krystal Paquin, I have been enthusiastically practicing physical fitness for over 7 years.  I
graduated from The American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA in 2010, As a Certified Personal
Trainer. I then studied Weight Training, Nutrition, Anatomy/ Physiology/Kinesiology, and Program Design. I
am also a professional member of IDEA since 2010. When I was in high school I ran Girls’ Varsity
Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field at Braintree High School and worked at Super Fitness in Quincy, MA, full-time
for over 3 years.  I was also a Nautilus Instructor at The YMCA in Quincy, MA. I joined an Indoor Soccer team
and proceeded to work out vigorously. I was also a certified Lifeguard in which I guarded for 2 years. It was
in high school when I decided I wanted to become a Personal Trainer.  I have a great passion for outdoor
and extreme activities such as football, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and
skydiving. Before working at Next Level Fitness I had my own Personal Training studio in Weymouth, MA
were I met with clients on a daily basis training them individually and successfully.  With experience in
weight training, endurance training, polymetric training, core and satiability training I have found success
with many clients. I look forward in changing more life’s by helping to empower each client and to take
control over their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
