Boot Camp (Seasonal)

The Next Level Boot Camp program is pretty simple. Workout in our boot camp for 4 weeks with a boot camp coach.  Choose from several different programs.

Next Level “Basic” – Meets 3x per week/60 mins

Next Level “Fat Shredder” – Meet’s 3x per week/90 mins

Next Level “Body Transformer” – Combination of both the “Basic” and “Fat Shredder” this is our unlimited program.


WHAT TO EXPECT?
You can expect your boot camp coach to keep you motivated and if you find that
an exercise is too challenging they will help you so it can accommodate your
fitness needs.  You also can expect the following:
  • FITNESS ASSESSMENT BEFORE YOU BEGIN (BODY FAT, MEASUREMENTS)
  • BOOT CAMPS WILL LAST 60 MINS
  • YOU WILL BURN UP TO 700 CALORIES
  • CHALLENGING EXERCISES TO TEST YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • EXERCISES THAT INCLUDE, PLYOMETRICS, CALISTHENICS, FUNCTIONAL
    TRAINING, FUN GROUP EXERCISES
  • FOR OUTDOOR BOOT CAMPS RAIN OR SHINE
  • RESULTS THAT COME QUICKLY!!!
