David has been interested in weightlifting for many years for both strength and his overall health. His training of others has reinforced his belief that strength is one of the keys to health, as we age. Of course, strength training has to be measured based on the age of the individual and their health concerns in order to avoid injuries.

David’s approach is always to get to know the client, first. I want to hear what they have to say, especially regarding their medical history.   When David is not in the studio he can be found weightlifting, hiking, and kayaking.
